Victory Park
Victory Park is Dallas’ latest and greatest new In-Town development. The 75-acre master planned community was designed to create a Dallas version of New York’s famed Times Square. It has quickly become a focal point for city-wide celebrations of Mardi Gras and New Year’s Eve. The area is filled with sophisticated shopping, world class restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. And during the daytime, there are ample green spaces and the Katy Trail is only a few steps away. Nearby development includes the Calatrava Bridge, the new Arts District, the Woodall Rogers Park and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Established attractions include the American Airlines sports complex, home to the Dallas Mavericks and the House of Blues.
Housing in the area is a mix of rental and owner occupied high rise and mid-rise condominiums. The House, designed by Philip Stark and The W Hotel and Residences are the anchor residential buildings. These properties are at the high end of Dallas residential options and typical cater to the style-conscious and status conscious buyer. There is easy access to the DART Rail and the Trinity Express Railway.
