​Bart Stockton is a third-generation Realtor and a licensed Broker. He serves as the office manager for the McKean Carper Miller Group, coordinating our marketing efforts and reviewing each transaction from contract execution through successful closing. Bart is a life member and past president of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA), having been designated as a Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) and receiving the association’s President’s Award twice and the Don Roose Award of Excellence for service to the real estate industry. Bart is an approved instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission for pre-licensing and continuing education. His other real estate certifications and designations include: Brokerage Management (CRB), Diversity (AHWD), Transnational Referrals (TRC), Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR), Technology (ePRO), Buyer Representation (ABR), Seller Specialist (CRS), and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He has authored manuals and courses on a variety of real estate topics and also serves as a trainer and compliance director for our brokerage. ~

~ Bart has a BAAS degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX, where he was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Beaumont Board of Realtors. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, serving at his church, cooking, and playing with his dogs.
